    Dear Ella West

Thank you so much for taking the time out of your life to come and tell us about being an author and to inspire the writer in us.
I learnt that you dont just give your book to someone and instantly it gets published, but tht it is a long and complicated process that takes a lot of trial and error and that if you dont have a never give up attitude you wont survive as a writer and that if you enjoy it writing can be a wonderful and prosperous career choice for anyone who loves to write.
    Yours sincerely

  12. Hayley

    Dear Ella West

Thank you so much for coming to talk to us about yourself and your books because it was interesting to hear. When you were talking about how to make a character, I learnt that when you just have little things to add to the characters facials and body, it makes it really easy.
I have always wondered what life was life for a writer, and now I know its different for each writer because it depends on how much of you life is dedicated into it. From my point of view I do think that the stories you write have a lot of thought and I am sure you are very proud.

    Yours sincerely

    Hayley, Room 14, T.N.I.S.

    Thank you again,
    Yours truely

I didn’t realise that author’s don’t get to design their own cover and that it normally takes around 3-4 months to write a complete book. It sounds really hard to publish a book.

    Yours sincerely

    Brittany, Room 14, T.N.I.S

  19. Lucy

    Dear Ella West

Normally when I read books I don’t tend to take much notice of the fabulous writer who has spent much of their precious time writing the books I get so much pleasure out of, but that is because I assume that I’ll never meet them or have anything to do with them, so the name on the front cover doesn’t mean much, but when I found out that the author of Thieves, Anywhere But Here and Real Life was coming to Tahuna suddenly the name on the cover nent something to me. I was very excited. You might be able to gather that I have read your books and enjoyed them. (Pleeaase write another book after Real Life.)
It was a great pleasure to have you at Tahuna.
    Thank you,
    Lucy, Room 14, T.N.I.S

  25. Aaron

    Dear Ella West

Thank you for coming to Room 14 and talking to us about being an author.
I learn’t that when you write an article you’re not allowed to use adjectives. Like you can’t write the screaming man came out of the building. That was interesting.

    From Aaron, Room 14, T.N.I.S
